Rachel Tullos

Rachel Tullos is a global financial executive with multi-industry experience assisting both public and private companies to strategically manage risk while also successfully growing their revenue. Her broad range of experience includes optimizing financial management processes in global business environments, guiding businesses through complex international M&A transactions, and building business critical enterprise risk, internal audit, and ethics functions. 

Ms. Tullos is currently the Chief Audit Executive at Crawford & Co., the largest publicly listed independent provider of claims management. At Crawford, she has transformed the global audit program to be strategically focused, risk-based and data driven. As an audit and energy industry leader, Ms. Tullos was named Audit Committee Chair of Bengal Pipeline Company, a joint venture company between Colonial Pipeline and Shell Pipeline. She also served on the American Petroleum Institute Audit SubCommittee, responsible for setting national policies for the energy industry. Ms. Tullos currently serves on the Atlanta Institute of Internal Auditors Board of Governors.

Ms. Tullos is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a BS in accounting, and lives in the Atlanta, Georgia area. She loves to travel and is also active ringing handbells with her church choir.

Lisa Robinson

CEO

Lisa Robinson is an insightful and strategic CEO with extensive experience in marketing strategy for a diverse range of businesses from start-ups to Forbes 100 companies, as well as nonprofit and philanthropic communities. She brings significant experience with Boards as a Board Advisor to Cadence Bank, a director for several non-profits and previous work on a national government board. Since joining OnBoard in June of 2020, she led the team to triple the size and impact of their work. Her ability to attract and retain outstanding talent as well as to be strategic in her approach to maximizing the impact of networks is unparalleled.

In addition, Lisa is a Partner at Bell Oaks Executive Search, where she leverages her career experiences with corporations and nonprofits to give a unique perspective advising clients on talent acquisition. In her previous role as Vice President of Philanthropy at the Woodruff Arts Center, Lisa drove the creation of an integrated fundraising model that led to increased donations, broader recognition for donors and reduced administrative costs.

Lisa currently serves on the Board of Directors for St. Vincent de Paul Georgia where she is the chair of the Governance Committee. She was a member of the Board of Directors for eight years at Reach for Excellence. She also has four years of experience as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for DeKalb County where she used her outstanding skills in both empathy and negotiations to advance the plight of children in the foster system. Lisa’s diverse experiences with a wide variety of organizations and their boards has given her ample exposure to governance.

Lisa received a Bachelor of Arts from Scripps College in Claremont, California. She lives with her husband in Atlanta, GA and enjoys time on the water, playing golf and spending time with her two daughters and friends.

She also works closely with the team to bring the depth of Aon’s commercial risk, health, retirement and human capital solutions to clients.

Stefanie Paulos is a corporate executive with a broad range of senior management experience in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategy, and Financial Management. Most recently, she led large transactions for Coca-Cola North America’s divestiture and refranchising of bottling operations, along with other supply chain initiatives.

Other experience includes M&A and financial integration roles for Randstad Holding (Amsterdam), General Electric, Bear Stearns, and Norrell Corporation. She began her career as an Industrial Engineer at Burlington Industries.

Ms. Paulos is a graduate of Wake Forest University with a BS degree in Mathematics and holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.

Alison LaBruyere

Alison LaBruyere’s practice focuses on transactional, regulatory and compliance matters in the financial services industry. She counsels clients on mergers and acquisitions and other strategic combinations and investments, represents them in a full range of financings and securities offerings, and provides advice on general corporate governance issues. She also has extensive experience in a variety of compliance and labor and employment issues.

Alison was executive vice president and general counsel for a diversified financial services holding company owning a regional community bank, traditional consumer finance company and an online consumer finance company. As general counsel, she provided strategic advice and gained broad experience in corporate, regulatory and securities offerings and general corporate governance. She started her legal career as an associate with an AmLaw 100 law firm based in Atlanta, Georgia.

He has served as president of the Financial Planning Association of Georgia, a member of the Georgia Planned Giving Council and as a content expert for the paired review and examination review committees for the Certified Financial Planner Board of Examiners. Dan has been named a “Five Star Best in Client Satisfaction Wealth Manager” by Atlanta magazine in partnership with Five Star Professional. Before joining SignatureFD, Dan was the managing principal of PPA Advisors. He started financial planning in 1988 with Asset Management Group after graduating from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance.

Dan is Chairman of the Board of International Leadership Institute. He also coaches leaders at Grace Midtown Church and is involved in Young Life.

Kelly Brock

Kelly Brock is a Vice President in International Marketing at UPS. She has broad international marketing experience including roles in E-commerce, International Strategy, Customer Experience, Revenue Enablement and Business Planning. Kelly has an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and a MBA from Georgia State University. She is a board member of OnBoard and the Chair Emeritus Council for the Technology Association of Georgia.

With expertise in strategic technology consulting, Mallory provides sharp recommendations that align with the firm’s strategic goals. Sloane Drake is executive vice president and chief human resources officer for Southern Company, leading America’s premier energy company’s human resources and people-focused efforts. This includes guiding teams focused on medical services, diversity, equity, and inclusion, health and wellbeing, HR delivery, labor relations, talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards and HR technology and worker’s compensation.

Prior to her current role, she served as senior vice president of Human Resources for Georgia Power, Southern Company Gas and Southern Company.

Drake joined Southern Company in 2001 as a participant in Georgia Power’s Professional Development Program and has held several positions in Southern Company’s HR organization, including the dual role as assistant to the vice president of HR and talent manager. In these roles, she supported strategic initiatives across all areas of human resources and led the development of solutions to enhance leadership and employee development, as well as diversity and inclusion. She also led the HR team responsible for HR delivery and staffing for Southern Company’s two new nuclear units at Plant Vogtle, located outside of Augusta. Drake also served as director of human resources at Southern Company, where she was responsible for providing HR consulting services for accounting, finance and treasury, marketing services, human resources, system air, general counsel, external affairs, internal auditing and information technology.

Drake graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.

Active in her community, Drake serves on the board of directors for the American Association of Blacks in Energy, Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, and the Georgia Public Broadcasting, Southeast Labor and Management Public Affairs Committee. She is also a 2018 alumni of Leadership Georgia.

She brings 25 years of international leadership and executive management experience in Telecom, Consumer Electronics, Media, and Healthcare to help CEOs and Boards with Board Composition Strategy and Succession Planning. Before joining Odgers Berndtson, Mary was a strategy consultant for market development, portfolio transformation, and risk management. As a corporate Executive, she led strategy, marketing, and sales teams at Nokia, Royal Philips, Time Warner Cable, Flex, and Air-Liquide in Europe and the Americas. She has also been a business strategy advisor at EICTA (Digital Europe), Philips Research, Bell Labs, The US National Science Foundation, and several technology incubators. Mary is an Italian American born in Peru. She holds a Bachelor’s in business administration, an MBA in International Business, and a Certification in International Corporate Governance from INSEAD.

Kelly Gay

Kelly Gay is the chairwoman and CEO of OnBoard, chair of Venture Atlanta, and vice chair of the Technology Association of Georgia. She also serves on the boards of 1105 Media, the Atlanta CEO Council, ATDC, and Acivilate. Kelly is the former head of Vertical Markets for Sierra Wireless (NASDAQ: SWIR), as well as co-CEO and COO of Numerex Corp (NASDAQ: NMRX), which was acquired by Sierra Wireless in 2017. She joined Numerex with the acquisition of Omnilink Systems, where she was president and CEO.

Cheri Husney

Chief Growth Officer, Aprio

Cheri is a seasoned marketing executive with nearly two decades of experience across multiple industries. Before joining Aprio, she was the Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer at Littler, prior to which she spent a majority of her career with a Big Four accounting firm. Most recently, she served as the Executive Director of Clients and Markets, fulfilling a dual position of regional director while managing all marketing directors and teams. In this position, she drove marketing strategy, developed relationship-nurturing initiatives, enabled account-based marketing programs and established an overall strategic vision. In addition to these senior-level responsibilities, she played a leadership role in women and diversity initiatives.

JS Kang

JS Kang’s mission in sports marketing has been to elevate women’s golf, narrow its gender income gap and expand diversity in sponsorships. A former corporate lawyer and father of two daughters, he represents tour players as well as sponsors. His clients have come from 12 countries and won more than 85 times on the LPGA Tour. His agency, Epoch Sports Group, is the only agency that limits its practice solely to women’s golf.

Linda A. Klein

Linda Klein regularly counsels on business dispute prevention and resolution, contract law, risk and crisis management, media relations, ethics and governance. She is particularly experienced in advising the construction, pharmaceutical and higher education industries. She also advises lawyers, architects, accountants and other professionals at risk for large claims or their licenses.

Ms. Klein is a past president (CEO) of the American Bar Association, the largest voluntary professional association in the world.

Ms. Klein is also listed in The Best Lawyers in America®, Who’s Who in America and Chambers USA. She is regularly named to the Super Lawyers top 100 lawyers in Georgia. In 1998, following her term as the first woman to serve as president of the State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Trend Magazine named her one of the 100 most powerful and influential Georgians.

In the American Bar Association she previously served as chair of the House of Delegates, the association’s policy making body. She has also served as chair of the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section, and chair of ABA Day, the Association’s Congressional outreach effort. She is a recent member of the Council of the ABA Section of International Law and also serves as a columnist Law Practice Management Magazine. In 2013 Ms. Klein had the honor of being a McGlothlin fellow on the campuses of William and Mary’s Business and Law Schools. She delivered the commencement addresses at Georgia State University College of Law (2017), Cleveland-Marshall College of Law (2017), Pepperdine University School of Law (2016), and Washington and Lee University School of Law (2012), John Marshall Law School (2018). In 2009 Ms. Klein was honored with the Randolph Thrower Award for Lifetime Achievement and was named to the YWCA Academy of Women Achievers. In 2004 the American Bar Association honored Ms. Klein with the prestigious Margaret Brent Women Lawyers of Achievement Award.

She currently serves on the executive committee of the Buckhead Coalition, on the advisory boards of Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers. She is a past president of Southface Energy Institute, the Board of Directors Network, (now OnBoard), the Caucus of State Bars, and past chair of both the Institute for Continuing Legal Education in Georgia and the Lawyers Foundation of Georgia. She also served a six-year term on Baker Donelson’s Board of Directors.

Ms. Klein has authored numerous published works. Her lecture schedule has included presentations in France, Sweden, Spain, Russia, Great Britain, Japan, Croatia, Poland and Canada, but most extensively in the southeast United States. She is a member of the American Law Institute, and a mediator and arbitrator, frequently serving as a neutral as well as a client advocate.

Angie Kolar

Angela Kolar (Angie) serves as the Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer with Norfolk Southern Corporation (NSC), one of the most expansive rail networks in the country. In this role, Angie is responsible for overseeing the company’s business ethics and compliance function , with a comprehensive enterprise-wide mission of driving a culture of strong oversight and controls.

Prior to joining NSC, Angie spent more than 20 years in the energy industry with Colonial Pipeline Company ultimately serving as their senior vice president of Operations, EHS and Compliance. Under Angie’s leadership, Colonial was awarded American Petroleum Institute’s (API) most prestigious safety honor – the 2021 Distinguished Pipeline Safety Award in the medium operator category. This marked the third year in a row that Colonial was recognized with the award. Angie joined Colonial in 2004 as a senior accountant and transitioned through various leadership positions, including director of operations, director of organizational effectiveness, director of compliance and ethics, operations manager, and business manager. Prior to Colonial, she held positions with a public accounting firm and, later, with a global pharmaceutical company, Pfizer Inc.

Angie is the past chair of the API Pipeline Steering Group, served on the API Pipeline Safety Excellence subcommittee, and is the past president of the greater Atlanta chapter of Women’s Energy Network. Angie also chaired the Pipeline Safety Management System (SMS) Industry team, which represents oil and gas pipeline operators and trade associations industry-wide in their drive toward zero pipeline incidents. Outside of industry, Angie serves on the Board of HOPE Atlanta, a non-profit striving to eliminate hunger and homelessness in the Atlanta metro area. In 2023, Angie joined the Board of OnBoard, a non-profit whose aim is to increase the number of women in executive leadership and on corporate boards. In 2021, Angie was recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as a Woman of Influence for her work across the oil and gas industry and involvement in the community.

Angie earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from East Tennessee State University and a master’s degree in business administration from Arkansas State University. Outside of work, Angie enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband and daughters.

Sarah Mackenzie

Sarah Mackenzie is a partner in Alston & Bird’s Corporate & Business Transactions Group. Sarah represents private and public companies in complex mergers and acquisitions, carve-out transactions, joint ventures, inbound international business transactions, and securities offerings. Her practice also includes counseling companies on corporate governance, ongoing SEC compliance, and other general corporate matters.

Sarah earned her J.D., cum laude, in 2009 from Washington and Lee University School of Law, where she was a member of the Washington and Lee Law Review and served as a Burks Scholar. She received her B.A. in religious studies and linguistics from Dartmouth College in 2005. She is a member of the State Bars of Georgia and Virginia and the American Bar Association.

Nataly Marks

Nataly Marks is a Partner in the KPMG Advisory practice and a leader and expert in Risk Management, Audit, Accounting and Compliance with over 18 years of experience. Nataly started her professional career as an external auditor in Brazil. She has enjoyed a dedicated career with KPMG in Brazil and Atlanta where she leads a multidisciplinary team across several countries. Nataly has lead Enterprise Risk Management projects at several multinational companies and has developed high performance teams.

Nataly’s focus on community work and mentorship would come as no surprise to people who know her. In addition to her role in KPMG’s Risk Assurance practice, she serves as the partner champion for KPMG’s Hispanic Latino BRG in Atlanta and is an active member of KPMG’s Atlanta Inclusion and Diversity Committee where she leads strategic activities related to talent acquisition and employee experience. Nataly is a proud board member of the ALPFA Atlanta chapter where she has served as the Director of Student Affairs for the past 2 years. Nataly also serves on the Board of OnBoard – Women on Boards and is a member of the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce.

Nataly lives in Atlanta and when not working, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and watching her sons play basketball and chess tournaments.

Keith Ivory Millner

Keith is an accomplished executive with a 30-year career that spans diverse industries, including consumer packaged goods, banking, insurance, healthcare, consulting and coaching. He is co-founder of Coaching Catalyst, an executive coaching firm, where he has leveraged his expertise and experience coaching corporate, civic and religious leaders, entrepreneurs, and professional association executives. Millner earned a BA in Economics from Guilford College, an MBA in Marketing from UNC’s Kenan-Flager School of Business, and completed advanced studies in IT/Business Strategy at TIAS Business School, University of Navarra in Barcelona, Spain. His extensive board and volunteer service include Chair for 100 Black Men of Atlanta, Commissioner for Housing Authority of Fulton County, My Brothers’ Keeper and National Black MBA Association. He is an alum of United Way VIP and Leadership Atlanta.

Jerrell Moore

Jerrell Moore is EVP and Chief Diversity Officer at Cadence Bank and he is responsible for the creation and leadership of Cadence’s company-wide diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging strategy. Prior to Cadence, he was Head of Global Inclusion Programs at Google. Atlanta based, Jerrell is responsible for leading Google’s internal community partnerships, and for helping EE deepen a sense of inclusion and belonging within the company. This includes working with the approximately 40,000 Googlers who participate in our Employee Resource Groups, Leadership Councils, and Allyship programs. In addition, Jerrell leads EE’s diversity culture efforts and provides key insights around employee sentiment related to DEI.

Before joining Google, Moore was at Fortune 500 Assurant, a global provider of risk management products and services. He created and led an integrated, global diversity and inclusion strategy to elevate the company’s status as a best place to learn and work for employees. Jerrell drives results by leading the company’s D&I Advisory Council while continuing to shape its DEI strategy to build on its foundation of diversity, collaboration, and inclusion. Jerrell was also founder and Chief Executive Officer of Denmark Madison Consulting (DMC) where he provided strategic direction, leadership development, and business intelligence solutions to executives, businesses, and institutions. Jerrell is an Adjunct Professor of Employment Relations Law at the University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business.

Jerrell has twice (2013 and 2016) been invited to the White House as a contributor to the Disability Inclusive Technology Summit hosted by the White House and the Department of Labor and the White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for African Americans. Jerrell was selected by Savoy Magazine as one of the Top 100 Influential Blacks in Corporate America and was appointed to a 2-year term of service to the NCAA Team Works™ Advisory Board. In 2014, he was honored by the University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business as 2014 Distinguished Young Alumni. Later, he was honored by South Carolina State University with the 2015 Young Alumnus Award.

Jerrell currently serves on the boards of Emmaus House, Trees Atlanta, and Onboard, and has held board positions with New England Public Radio, the Greater Springfield YMCA Board of Advisors, My Sister’s Place, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Miami. Jerrell and his wife, Tiffany, also an attorney, reside in Smyrna, Georgia, and are the proud parents of twins Abigail and Naomi, and son Jerrell, II.

Mrs. Pennington is a Vice President in the Tenant Representation Group at JLL. Mrs. Pennington began her brokerage at CresaPartners, and before that spent 4 years at VeenendalCave, Inc. and interior architectural planning firm specializing in corporate office design.

Prior to joining JLL, Mrs. Pennington spent 3 years at Cushman & Wakefield, serving on a team of real estate professionals specializing in tenant representation services for professional services firms, corporate office space users and non-profit organizations such as Aquilex, WasteQuip & Techbridge throughout Atlanta and the United States.

Mrs. Pennington has a strong working knowledge of corporate office trends, budgeting, and construction costs. Mrs. Pennington offers a unique insight into solving the client’s space needs through her background in interior architecture, design and space planning. Mrs. Pennington has been involved with national, regional and local key assignments including, American Safety Insurance, PNC Bank, Constangy, Brooks & Smith, Gartner, and ThomsonReuters.

Lily Prost

Lily Prost is an agile and strategic-minded global Human Resources executive. She recently served as the trusted partner to executive leaders and the Board of Directors to create and actualize Huber’s human capital strategy that strongly aligned to Company’s growth trajectory and changing business opportunities and challenges. Huber is a sixth-generation, family-owned and professionally managed global manufacturer with four businesses in twenty-five countries.  Lily unified several disparate HR functions into a cohesive and business-centric enterprise vision by leveraging her strategic background and experience in a variety of companies, both public and private including start-ups. The integrated and collaborative human capital strategic framework was a critical element that enabled Huber to generate its strongest financial performance on record, three years in a row, with 84% growth in revenue and quadrupled the profitability. 

In addition to leading the CEO succession planning process and search resulting in hiring the first female chief executive in the company’s 140-year history and numerous leadership development moves, Lily worked closely with the Corporate Nomination and Governance Committee and Portfolio Board Chairs to successfully place seventeen new Directors at Huber. She established the first Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) strategy at Huber that was embedded in business plans and permeated through the culture, resulting in 64% diversity representation on the board and 55% on the executive team. Lily assessed the talent, culture, and leadership capabilities for over ten M&A and joint venture transactions while leading due diligence and integration efforts at Huber. She was deeply involved with Company’s Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) journey, driving the progress to create aspirational goals under the “Social” pillar.

Lily is currently a Board member of OnBoard, a progressive non-profit organization with the mission to enable female talent to get on public and private boards and into executive positions. She is a sought-after speaker for topics related to DE&I, using her personal experience as a woman of color and a Chinese immigrant to the United States. 

Lily received an MBA from the University of Southern California (USC) and a BA degree in Communications from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and resides in Atlanta, Georgia.

Michael Schall

Mike has over four decades of leadership experience in branded and natural food manufacturers, food technology, emerging brands and retail grocery merchandising. He serves as President of Pod Foods, an asset-light disruptor to traditional wholesale grocery distributors that increases transparency and realigns stakeholder equality in the grocery supply chain.

Prior to Pod Foods, Mike was Managing Director and co-leader of the Food & Beverage practice at FocalPoint Partners, a premiere Los Angeles-based middle market investment banking firm.

Prior to joining FocalPoint, Mike served as Senior Principal of Global Growth and Business Development at Whole Foods Market, the nation’s largest natural foods supermarket retailer.  He advised the Executive “E” Team, Regional Leadership and operating groups on diverse business initiatives including investments, strategic partnerships, new ventures, sustainability initiatives and operational improvements.

Mike earned his MBA in Marketing from The University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and graduated from California State University at Los Angeles with a BSc in Marketing.

Mike serves on numerous Food and Foodtech boards, serves as a Senior Advisor to Conscious Capitalism, is a partner at Meaningful Partners and operating adviser for Graham Partners. Mike has an extraordinary balance sheet of human equity.  He has a passion for plant-based nutrition and quality of life deeply grounded in the belief that humility and gratitude fuel people’s desire to excel.

He is an avid runner, and enjoys cooking, reading, and studying history. His greatest accomplishments are being married to his wife Lisa for 44 years and having a family of two daughters and four granddaughters.

Kathy Waller

Executive Director

Beyond Meat, Cadence Bank, CGI and Delta Airlines

Kathy Waller is the Executive Director for the Atlanta Committee for Progress (ACP).  ACP was founded in 2003 and their mission is to provide leadership on the key issues important to economic growth and inclusion for all citizens in the City of Atlanta.  

Waller retired in March 2019 after 32 years with The Coca-Cola Company where she was the Chief Financial Officer and President, Enabling Services. In these roles, Waller led the company’s global finance, technical and shared services organizations, and represented the company to investors, lenders, and rating agencies. Waller also serves as a Board member for Delta Airlines, CGI Group, Cadence Bancorporation and Beyond Meat.  

As CFO, she led the M&A, Investor Relations, Tax, Treasury, Audit, Account & Controls, Reporting & Analytics, Real Estate and Risk Management sectors of the business. As President of Enabling Services, Waller had responsibility for other key governance areas specifically Global Technical and Integrated Services. The Integrated Services organization provides global operational support in areas of Financial Services, Associate Services and Supplier Services.  

In addition to her c-suite role, Waller was the founding chair of The Coca-Cola Company’s Women’s Leadership Council.  

Along with her public board responsibilities, Waller is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, Spelman College, The University of Rochester, The Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta, Achieve Atlanta, The Woodruff Arts Center, The Atlanta History Center and Exco Leadership.  

Waller holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a master’s in business administration from the University of Rochester and is a Certified Public Accountant.
